You installed the gear and sproket that the customer purchased on his own. Customer called in a week later to have us install the circuit board that he purchased. Charging labor for this work.
Customer needs a new Gearrin sprocket. The motor is under two years old. He’s going to see if it’s under warranty. If it isn’t then he’s gonna call us out to replace the gear sprocket. It is a change driven opener.
Bonnie is a returning customer who is having an issue with her garage door opener. She said she tried to shut it, it would not shut all the way, and there seems to be a red plastic piece on the opener that snapped. She said they are able to open and close the garage door manually, but they need to have it fixed.
