New panels are in and all rollers except one cause it was stripped and rounded out. We will have to come back with a socket that can fit a rounded out 7/16 if it becomes a problem
Called Outbound: I spoke to Bill and got him scheduled for Mon, Mar 17 '25 11:00 am-1:00 pm EDT. He said that he was unsure if it woud cost him anything because it wasn't discussed or specified before. He also would like joe to make sure he brings the weatherstip because he is going to have it installed and another man that is doing work for him is going to need it as well. he said if he needs to pay no worries he was just hoping to have a heads up. - diana g 3/14/25
Calvin is a returning customer calling in to have someone come out and look at his garage door. He stated that his garage door won't open. He did say that you had installed the door for him a few years back and asked if it would still be under warranty. I let him know that I would double check on that. I was able to locate his profile and confirm his information and on his account, the number was listed as (302) 645-0866 when the correct number is (484) 645-0866, so I updated that for him. Delaware Express Garage Door Service were very responsive. After contacting them Monday morning, they showed up on time to the appointment that afternoon. Draco assessed the issue and had to order parts. He did a temporary fix so the door could be opened and closed since a car was inside the garage. He order the parts right then and set up an appointment for the end of the week. Tracy is awesome! She runs a tight ship. There were a few cancellations and she would call to see if I wanted to re-schedule to an earlier date/time. At the end, they got the job done by Wednesday. Greatly appreciated and I would highly recommend this company.
