Joshua arrived on time and seemed very organized and polite. I had to leave to go to work, so I was not home when the installation took place. My husband said Joshua did a great job with the installation, however, and likes the door. Surprisingly, my husband said he had to put everything back in place in the garage when Joshua left. She said that she needs someone to come out as soon as possible because their garage door is not working properly. She said the door will open up half way and then go back down but they cannot get it to open all the way and they have their cart stuck inside.
