Joshua (on-site) and Jim (live on phone) worked as a great team and determined the issue with my door and proceeded to repair it. Joshua was nice enough to stay a little longer and look at my other 2 doors that need a little TLC. I now have a plan in place to fix these 2 doors up in the future.
