Joseph is a new customer calling in to get an estimate. He stated that he has two garage doors that wont shut unless he is holding down the button. I was able to collect his information and add him into HCP. I was also able to get him on the schedule for tomorrow Thursday, October 26th from 1-3 PM with a 2 hour arrival window. He did ask if there was a charge and I informed him that the estimate itself is a free inspection and that most the time if approved the work can be done at the same time.
