We installed his door back in 2021 and a (1) torsion spring spring. Dana said to go ahead and replace both (2) with 250x39 and tune and lube his door. The customer has not had this done since 2021 and said he was not told to. I gently reminded him that it was written on his invoice. I wonder if he maintains his car?

We had an issue with spring brackets securing to the wall, we reported the problem and De Express Garage responded the next day. They immediately scheduled a technician and he fixed the problem and also checked both doors for any additional issues! (Good job Draco!)
