You installed a chamberlain and a keypad a couple of weeks ago. She said if she uses the wall mount station to open the door and then the keypad to close it, the door will only go down halfway and then come back up. She was also not happy that Dana never told her the Chamberlain would not come with motion detection. I respectfully told her if that feature was so important, why didn't she confirm it. I also told her there are way to many models and specs for us to know them all.
Joe came on time. He was courteous. Explained everything. He even greased the wheels on the door for me even though he did not replace them. I would use them again.

When you arrive to the gate you will need to speak to the virtual guard to let you in. After you pass the gates, make your first right turn. At the end make another right turn and our garage will be straight ahead.
