I squeezed this customer in. Dana….you sold her a rebuild which Joe completed. She is upset because her keypad isn’t working. I don’t see anywhere in notes that we were to work on her keypad.

Brown 160s on currently. They r too light, should have been gold, 180s probably. Door running fine with operator, manual is heavy. Good for now. Please send customer Link to pay online as she had to leave for an appointment.

You installed a chamberlain and a keypad a couple of weeks ago. She said if she uses the wall mount station to open the door and then the keypad to close it, the door will only go down halfway and then come back up. She was also not happy that Dana never told her the Chamberlain would not come with motion detection. I respectfully told her if that feature was so important, why didn't she confirm it. I also told her there are way to many models and specs for us to know them all.

opener picked up at Home Depot w/ a keypad on Thursday. Its by the shop door. Directions from customer: We live in a gated community. When you arrive to the gate you will need to speak to the virtual guard to let you in. After you pass the gates, make your first right turn. At the end make another right turn and our garage will be straight ahead.
