Dana came out and installed the sun blockers on both doors. The sun was the problem with it reflecting off the epoxy floor. Now that the sun blockers have been installed, both doors are working fine.

Very poor service. Took over a month to have the door delivered and when door came, the top panel did not have class as per order. That was discovered during the installation. Now they have to order right panel which will take another month. They do not answer email and use answering service to take calls. Vey poor service. I will never use them again for any of my properties.

The tech who came out installed the new motor and track and programmed the outside keypad. He wasn't sure how to program both remotes, he was new, and said he would let the office know. Within the hour the owner was here and programmed the remotes within 5 minutes. We then had a very nice conversation. Great company to do business with. Very friendly to deal with and know what they are doing.

Overall I’m happy with the service the was provided. The technician was absolutely great and walked me through everything that was happening and overall general maintenance moving forward. My one complaint was that during the quote they failed to include labor costs and was significantly more once they knocked on my door and ready to begin work. During the quote, there was no indication that it would be more or that labor costs weren’t included already factored in. Transparency here would of been greatly appreciated.
