operator slipped. allowing chain to jump teeth on sprocket, messing up the limits. adjusted the operator. tightened down all 4 bolts holding it. reset limits. door is running good. if this happens again. Will need to return with 3 inch metal driller to anchor the operator in a few more places to keep it from slipping. should be good to go.
