Adjusted the safety eyes again when I was hitting the track the green light was flickering. I adjusted it and it stopped flickering and everything works so I think that’s what it was. Told him we give it one more shot at it.

new customer who said he cable came unwound. he asked for pricing and i told him IF we are just rewinding the cable, labor is 175.0 However, if his hardware has not been replaced or the door maintained yearly, it could be more. He said ok and understook.

opener is offset from center and sits in-between door hinges. can't connect j-arm bracket due to lack of structural integrity. we were going to use angle iron to take care of it but didn't have a long enough piece. need to get her back on the schedule and come back with longer angle iron.

I called Monday morning and was given a next day appointment, which I appreciated. Dana and Kris arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and provided me with a few suggestions for the repair. I chose one of their suggestions and they said they'd be back the next day with the needed parts. They arrived early the next day (which was great) and got everything done efficiently and professionally. My garage door is working properly now and it's much quieter than before. I'm 100% satisfied with the timely and professional work.
