He took it upon himself to call Liftmaster directly. customer said the techs did not install the wiring correctly and why the opener was not working. He wanted money off his bill because he had to complete the job. Dana said to do that so we can get rid of them.

Amarr supplied us with a 7ft rail instead of an 8ft. Will need to get an 8 ft and come back to put the opener back up. Did what i could to try to make it work but everything i tried was no good. Need to reschedule coming out with the correct rail. Door is not functioning with the opener still needs to be opened by hand.

He said he has another single door and “might” want to change that spring as well. The springs are 243x1 3/4x31 (Left wound and one for each door) which I converted from a 2”.
